We notice that many parents-to-be would like to prepare for the delivery as best as possible. Therefore, Mundo Midwives offers a two-hour information meeting. During this meeting, we provide elaborate answers to questions we often get during obstetric checkups. We completely understand that you don’t know what lies ahead when you are about to give birth for the first time. We also know that each delivery is different.
During the information meeting, we will explain what happens during a natural delivery. We will explain how you can positively influence a delivery. However, we know that a delivery can only partially be influenced. That is why we also tell you what the most common reasons are to refer you to a gynecologist and what the chances are of that happening. We elaborate on the choices you have during your delivery.
Because we, as midwives, will actually be present during the delivery, we think that the information meeting provides honest information and could help you to make certain choices.
Due to corona measures the meetings will be online and interactive. When the corona measures will become more lenient: We will go back to our normal location: “Oma Toos”
The information meetings take place in a beautiful and cozy restaurant in the harbor of Scheveningen:
